Our Story

Our health journey never ends...we know it because we are living it. Tonja and Heather started out as friends with a similar "common sense" approach to "information" that was trickling to us through the news and other "trusted" sources. We are both questioners of everything and yes, we drive each other nuts from time to time; but, more than that we love learning and helping others and laughing. We are both followers of Christ and strive to fulfill whatever destiny God has in store for us and one seems clear: to tell our stories and share our experiences especially as they relate to our health.
Not just beating cancer with food (Heather..after the medical procedures didn't "take"); but, that is just the beginning. Learning how to use food, fresh air, sunshine, good water, no poison, and faith to be for whole-body health is the goal and the work and rewards never end!
Tonja and Heather brought their moms and enjoyed a health retreat with Barbara O'Neill and other health enthusiasts and love sharing the story as well as the steps to health. After just one week, everyone felt like a new person full of energy and ready to take on the world! We want to share our story but also supply the food, juice, and methods to those who want to hear it.

We will be hosting educational forums with samples and will soon be offering juice cleanses and one day...wellness retreats!

While the advice in Barbara's book is a foundation for health, we all suffer from different things and some foods and exercises can interfere with some medications. We would be happy to email them what we did to heal with food so that they can consider and advise you!
